Order Supporter’s Pack

Our list of supporters is growing and we can assist your fundraising efforts with a supporters pack.  The supporters pack includes T-shirts, wristbands, balloons, stickers and other support material designed to give your fundraiser a helping hand.  Whether it be a fete, concert, fun-run, walk-a-thon, ride-a-thon or any other “a-thon”, the supporters pack will allow you to concentrate on the event itself rather than organizing “the look”.

We ask that you provide a short summary of the fundraiser you are planning with contact details and be prepared to provide images for us to post on the “Global Champions’ page. We will also post your event on our Facebook news feeds.

We are now assembling the 2011 supporters pack with our updated logo and information material.  Further details will be posted here or you can email us.

  1. Hi, I’m a 25 year old from WA, and I have just been diagnosed with Ménière’s disease.
Lots of people don’t know what Meniere’s is! I’ve done my research, and there’s no cure for this. I want to make a difference, I want to show people this disease affects people’s lives. I want to raise money for research to find why we have this problem and what’s causing me to have drop attacks.

    • Hi Nathaniel,

Yes, unfortunately Meniere’s is not well understood in the general community (and some may argue not well understood in the Medical community either). I applaud your interest in raising both awareness and research funds. If you’re serious about both, you might consider starting up a fund-raising challenge. This raises funding and awareness, and can be personally rewarding. Most people start with a challenge they aim to set themselves, and then setup something like a gofundme page. From there, its simply a matter of getting the word out through social media, local news networks and/or online communities such as the Meniere’s Research Fund Inc. and ‘Whirledfoundation.org’.

Otherwise, you can always contribute directly to Meniere’s research at The University of Sydney (unfortunately, our donation site is currently under maintenance – which should be fixed next week).

Let us know how you get on, and if there’s anything we can do to help.

      Regards,
      Daniel
